I'm subscribed with Ogero ... still same speed and 4gb cap. Getting annoying. Seriously, this is pathetic, we can't even get a minimal improvement on our dinosaur-age internet. What the **** is wrong with this country ? Mosh 3am otlob 'ouze .... killa shwayyet gb zyede winternet asra3.

What's pessimistic is that even though the intention of the new ministers may be pure, there is just too much corruption that has happened in the past 2 decades, that cleaning won't even help anymore. 2illo lal shaab yinzil 3al sheri3 y3ayyet bil rou7 bil dam bya3mela bil la7za nafsa, bass sarlo 3ishreen sene mi2tini3 bil kh*ra wma bya3mel shee 3anno.

I am becoming more and more convinced that no matter what we do from now on, we won't be able to repair what was lost during the past 2 decades. We will always be lagging behind in everything no matter what we do and what improvements take place, you can't live in corruption for 20 years and then suddenly expect everything to move on positively. We will have to pay for it.

Also I thought the cap was supposed to be 20 GB for the amount of price designated before, why do companies have other lower plans now ?

it will be solved within a month

but I can't wait that long so: 6 month ago sodetel stopped giving me double speed after 8 am, but I did not bother to ask for it since I was waiting for the new speeds
now I am calling them about it and will pursue my case to the last

that should keep me alive till the minister does what he has to do

IDM users did you notice any difference in connection speed?
I had the 512 Kbps plan i used to download at 60 KB/s before 8 and around 110 KB/s after 8, now i'm downloading at around 100 KB/s during the day.
My download speed should be around 250 KB/s now, but they mentioned in the email they sent that it'll take few weeks to reach that speed.

I live in Beirut.
Btw man no more double speed at night, only unlimited night traffic.
Another good thing they did is that they didn't divide the cap equally between upload and download, check this.

I don't care about double speed once they implement it. 1 mbps is great, I can live with it(how often do I need to download) what I originaly care about is a speed that will not give you a pain when trying to watch video streams or web cams. and 512 is usualy enough in most cases. Iwant the double speed just for now to get the 512. beyond that don't care...

edit: the sum cap thing is bad not good. if it were 10 GB for each it would obviously had been better
