All you football (soccer) fans out there, get ready because UEFA Euro 2008 is coming to blow your minds! The European Championship is getting closer and closer, but you will be able to decide the winner way before the first whistle, thanks to EA Sports – those guys who know that every soccer fan would do anything to see their national team crowned as The Champion.

Even though the real-world tournament is set to begin in June in Austria and Switzerland, starting the 11th of April in Europe and the 20th of May in the US, you will be able to play the cup matches and lead your nation to the top. UEFA Euro 2008 promises to bring an even more detailed representation of the courts and players, together with a more accessible, faster paced and responsive gameplay.

And don't worry! If your team hasn't managed to qualify for the Euro Championship, you can start from qualifications and repair the mistakes. Yes, this means that England has a new (but only virtual) chance to start it all over again. And if David Beckham is not the player you'd like to see as the team's captain, EA Sports comes with an innovation. The mode called "Captain Your Country" will enable gamers to put themselves on the pitch, earn the captaincy of their team and truly inspire their country to glory. Just like any captain should do.

Again, you will be able to celebrate your on-field success through interactive celebrations and, if you consider yourself ready to take on the ultimate challenge, you can try your luck in the Battle of the Nations online mode and lead your country to global supremacy.

"We have taken our soccer engine to another level and added innovative new features to create a videogame that captures and simulates the real-world soccer experience and all the emotion of this global event," said lead producer Simon Humber.

i hope that they will work on the mouvement of the player and the interaction with the player on the ball and to make the games physics smarted than all previou fifas specially 2008 the physics in them was GHABY! hope to see fixes and more reliability and more flexibility in euro 2008

2007 was a great game, bas i wish ino l unlockables are more in 2008, coz ino i wanted more unlocks to make the game better................

I got this game yesterday,playing it with full graphics,and it's like 2008,with a little bit of difference,the ball movement has been improved a little bit,and u can see the coach reactions.....w other than that it's like fifa 08

i got the Demo on ps3 , its good not that bad , but hell i wont be spending 70$ for a game that looks like fifa 08

i have the fifa 99 fifa 2001 fifa 2004 fifa 2005 fifa 2007 and played the fifa 2008 on xbox..............
