i created this thread under "Vcoderz lobby", but all kind of themes (political,social,biography....) are welcomed.
we'll start under this title, hoping to turn into "the book club of Vcoderz".

longgg time ago , was when i read books . i still remember a series of stories for ghassan kanafani .
and i also remember " al mo3azaboon fi al ard " for taha hussein , real amazing

I read the book "J'ai Vaicu Dans L'age De Hitler" amazing book its a about a little kid who witnessed world war II and telling the story of what Hitler did in germany and how he used to get men and soldiers

i read mikha2il n3ayme "kan ma kan" really i great book it describes the lebanese society in a very detailed way and shows the sick thinking of ppl and on the other hand shows the positive way of life of our society

ghassan kanafani , i really cant remember about what , but i highly recommend them , till now i still remember that every moment i spent reading his book , i was really amused.

al mo3azaboon fi al ard , depressing stories about depressed people who has problems , and also i cant remember more than that .

now i remember reading " al agni7a al motakesara " for gebran khaleel gebran " thats a great book too , and i highly recommend it.

There is a book called " Le K" by Dino Buzzati didnt read it but I heard its pretty good

I'll start by Robert Fisk's book: the great war for civilization. The conquest of the Middle East.

Robert FISK is the most famous British reporter. He lived mainly in Beirut. Even if he is a "fan" for 14 feb guys in Lebanon, FISK has never hesitated to criticize western policies in the middle east and Israel.

From the USSR war in Afghanistan (1979-1989) to the war of irak of Irak (2003), FISK takes us in a powerful and rich journey. Combining stories, memories, and dialogues with actors (Bin-laden, Assad, Iranian leaders, etc…) he offers us a monument.
i recommend this book to all who are searching to know about these era.
The subjective analysis and opinions of Mr FISK, quite interesting, are so present and excessive in some chapters. Sometimes we feel that Mr FISK is a kind of "superhero" and the "wise man", allowing some critics to qualify this book as a "caricature" (and that's not true).

This book is translated to French (my book is in french La grande guerre pour la civilization. I don't know if he is translated to Arabic.
