رونالدو أفضل لاعب في العالم باختيار اتحاد اللاعبين المحترفين

اختير البرتغالي كريستيانو رونالدو جناح مانشستر يونايتد بطل الدوري الانجليزي الممتاز لكرة القدم يوم الاثنين أفضل لاعب في العالم من قبل الاتحاد الدولي للاعبي كرة القدم المحترفين.
وقال رونالدو (23 عاما) الذي ساعد فريقه على الجمع بين لقبي الدوري الممتاز ودوري أبطال اوروبا في الموسم الماضي في تصريحات نشرت بموقع الاتحاد على الانترنت "اختياري من قبل أكثر من 50 ألف من زملائي اللاعبين المحترفين حول العالم أمر مذهل."
وأضاف "أود أن أشكر زملائي ومدربي وجميع العاملين في مانشستر يونايتد والفريق الوطني (البرتغالي) وكذلك أسرتي وأصدقائي على دعمهم."
وهذا الاتحاد هو المنظمة التي تمثل اللاعبين المحترفين حول العالم ويضم في عضويته 42 اتحادا وطنيا للاعبين.
وانضم رونالدو الى يونايتد في 2003 وأحرز معه أيضا لقب الدوري في 2007. وأوشك اللاعب البرتغالي على الانتقال الى ريال مدريد بطل اسبانيا قبل بداية الموسم لكن ناديه الانجليزي رفض اتمام الصفقة قبل أن يعلن اللاعب تمسكه بالبقاء في مانشستر
