need help in PHP

i want to execute a .jar file in PHP

i can execute it using cmd : java -jar "filename.jar"

my problem inno i want on submit click button , i want to execute the file
example :

i want to echo the .jar here ya3ne when clicking submit bade yifta7 l .jar program

Sorry, but you cannot...
I don't know what are you trying to do with the JAR file, what is that jar file and what do you expect as output... I don't know if you know what are you doing...
If you want to stick to java then learn java applet and create one to satisfy your needs... Or, you can just implement what you want in another language (JavaScript, PHP...)

JAR files are like ZIP files, you cannot execute them with the internet browser... You have to extract the JAR file and get the JAVA classes and resources from it and use it on you website like this:

<applet width=300 height=300 code="ClassName.class"></applet>

I don't know If you know JAVA and what are classes... But wait a minute, if you want to chat between your PC and your mobile via Bluetooth, then why INTERNET???!!!
Logically, you put this on your local host website on your own PC.

i created a banning system , and a tracking system , and integrated google maps so it track the ip address , what do u suggest to add new ideas? ideas btimche shou ma ken l subject tab3oul website , preparing for the final project

-Is the banning based on the IP address or on the user?
-You mean by tracking system a log for every user (IP, User Agent, Time) who visits the website? Or what?
-Make your website CSS based with a good layout.
-Follow the W3C standards.
-Make sure it is well secured. (If you want I can do a penetration test for your website)
-You don't need to make a CMS, but make an admin login where you can change things on the website from a CP (Changing news maybe).
-Take care of the SEO (Search Engine Optimization)... I can also help you with this...
-Optimize the web site speed (clean code, well optimized images, includes...)
-Put a Google analytics code i you website.

*i created a log file too ( fwrite and fread) , it will tell u the ip addres , the date wa2ta fet 3al website and the visited pages ,
* i created a website for staff , and a website lal ness , staff can take a look on the trakcing system and the banned ips , and the reason for the banning and which staff banned the ip , cuz every staff 3ando account .
and staff can change the content of the second website li bi fouto 3le l ness .

-Banning system based on IP is not so good, because for example many users might have the same IP. This is done only in critical cases where the website is encountering a Denial Of Service attack from a certain source...
why would you want to Ban people since they are not users who can post or do something on the website?!
Plus, you don't need a whole staff to look at the banned IPs... One admin can do all this...

-I suggest you do a user registration where users can have an activity on the website, maybe by posting comments and managing their profiles... So now you can ban based on user.

-I didn't tell you to make a search engine, I talked about search engine optimization. This might not be needed for a project at university, but in real life you need it. Google for SEO if you don't know what I'm talking about.. However making a local search engine for your website is a good idea... (Making a search engine is another project, but you can put a google search box on your website for your website...)

-Voting system? based on what? IP address or user?!
Do an anti-bot for the voting system making sure that I cannot cheat with it!

I didn't read the whole conversation but PHP allows you to execute Linux commands, just keep away PHP from Microsoft, you want to deal with Apache the right way, have it on a Linux machine where it should be and you will have access to everything unlike MS Win.
