تداعيات قضية سعودي اعترف بممارسة الرذيلة تصل إلى محاكمة قناة "إل.بي.سي"

تتسارع قضية محاكمة شاب سعودي اعترف عبر فضائية "إل.بي.سي" اللبنانية بممارسة الرذيلة بعد أن قالت المحكمة المختصة بالقضية أنها ستستدعي جميع الأطراف ممن لهم علاقة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة في القضية التي لم تستبعد تنفيذ حكم الإعدام فيها بحق الشاب الذي قال أنه ضحية لمؤامرة القناة وأنه سيرفع دعوى ضدها لتوضيح الحقائق.

وكان الشاب السعودي ويدعى مازن عبد الجواد تحدث عبر برنامج "بالخط الأحمر" في قناة "إل.بي.سي" اللبنانية عن مجموعة من الحلول للمشاكل الجنسية بشكل فاضح وخادش لحياء المجتمع والمشاهد والخروج عن العادات والتقاليد الإسلامية، مما أثار حفيظة السعوديون الذين قاموا برفع دعوى ضد الشاب والبرنامج التلفزيوني الذي عرض في القناة.

ونفى رئيس المحكمة الجزئية بجدة عبدالله العثيم أن يكون هناك أي تأخير من المحكمة في القضية المرفوعة من مجموعة من المواطنين ضد الشاب المجاهر بالرذيلة، مبينا أن المحكمة ستصدر غدا أو بعد غد أمرا قضائيا للقبض على الشاب وإحالته إلى هيئة التحقيق والادعاء العام من قبل المحكمة للتحقيق معه، ومن ثم رفع الأوراق ثانية إلى المحكمة بعد استكمال جميع الإجراءات والتحقيقات،
وأشار العثيم في تصريحات نشرتها صحيفة "المدينة" المحلية إلى أن الموضوع يحظى باهتمام جميع الجهات المختصة، وسيتم استدعاء كل من له علاقة في موضوع المجاهر بالرذيلة سواء كانوا من العاملين في إعداد وتنفيذ البرنامج في المملكة، أو الذين ظهروا معه في البرنامج، مشيرًا إلى أن المحكمة ستدرس إمكانية قبول أي دعوى قضائية تقدم إليها ضد القناة وستحدد جهة الاختصاص التي تتولى ذلك.

وكان العثيم قال في وقت سابق أن عقوبة القتل تعزيرا قد يتم إيقاعها بالشاب في حال ثبوت التهم الموجه إليه في الدعوى المرفوعة ضده كونها من جرائم الإفساد في الأرض وإشاعة الفاحشة بين المؤمنين والمجاهرة بالمعصية والاعتراف العلني بممارسة الرذيلة.

وفي السياق نفسه، اعتذر الشاب السعودي المتهم بالقضية مازن عبد الجواد عن تصرفه قائلا "أقدم اعتذاري الشديد لأطياف المجتمع السعودي كافة بعد أن ارتكبت خطأ كبيرا في حقهم، وأطلب منهم أن يسامحوني على ذلك، خصوصا أنهم لا يعرفون إلا الظاهر من القضية، ولا يعلمون أنني تعرضت لمؤامرة من القناة الفضائية عندما استغلتني في طريقة التنفيذ".

وأشار عبد الجواد وهو أب لأربعة أطفال أن مذيع البرنامج اتصل به شخصيا وطلب منه الحديث بخصوصية حول العلاقات الجنسية، لكي يستفيد منها الشباب المقبلون على الزواج، حيث يتوقف قطار زواج نسبة كبيرة من الشباب بسبب عدم الرضا الجنسي بين الطرفين.

وأضاف في حديث لصحيفة "عكاظ" المحلية "لقد احتقرت نفسي وأحسست بأنني وضيع عند مشاهدة الحلقة، ولكن القناة أخذت ما يقارب خمسة في المائة من المقابلة وألغت 95 في المائة من حديثي، أقسم بالله أنهم غرروا بي، ولو لاحظتم التسجيل أنه كان داخل غرفة نومي، حيث سجلنا جزءا من اللقاء، ثم جلس المخرج بجوار الكاميرا وكأنه أنهى التسجيل، وجلسنا نتحدث سويا عن أيام الصبا، وسردت قصصا يتحدث بها أغلب الشباب ولم أعلم بأن التصوير مستمر مطلقا ولم أشاهد ذلك إلا بعد العرض".

وتابع " أوكلت مكتب محاماة لرفع قضية ضد القناة أطالب فيها بتوضيح الحقائق كاملة واسترجاع الشريط المسجل لمدة ساعتين ونصف، وتعويضي عن كل ما لحق بي وبأسرتي من أذى شديد، وسأرفع الدعوى اليوم الأحد".

I didn't watch the show but i was told about the incident.
I believe the guy will be hanged most probably, not because of his act but because it was shown to the public, if they really want to apply their religious laws the population will get reduced of 20% especially if they convict those who come to do "Razila" in Lebanon.

i think that LBC acted with an unresponsable way. i mean broadcasting an interview while they should predict the consequences. "Ahmar bel khat al3arid" is a good program, but they tend to abuse the guests.

Jeddah court accelerates legal action against Jawad for boasting about sex

Riyadh:
A Jeddah court started legal proceedings against a Saudi young man, who has been accused of bragging about his sex life on a popular Arab television channel.
This was in line with the directives issued to the court by the Ministry of Justice to expedite the case filed by a number of citizens against 23-year-old Jeddah resident Mazen Abdul Jawad.
In an order addressed to Shaikh Abdullah Al Othaim, head of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction in Jeddah, the ministry asked to urgently examine the case.

Mazen Abdul Jawad, an employee of the national carrier - Saudi Arabian Airlines - was arrested for "exceeding all red lines" when he appeared last week on a show called "Red Line," on the Lebanese channel LBC, where he went into "graphic details about his sexual conquests."

On the programme, Jawad said he first had sex with a neighbour when he was 14, and he described in detail some of his later adventures.
In Saudi Arabia, which follows strict Shariah principles, pre-marital sex is illegal, and unrelated men and women are not allowed to mingle.
Meanwhile, Shaikh Abdullah Al Othaim told Al Madinah Arabic daily that the accused may be sentenced to capital punishment in case of his conviction.

"The crimes charged against the young man are of the gravest nature as they are equivalent to perversion, spreading adultery and speaking openly about vice," he said while noting that deterrent punitive measures would be taken against all those involved directly or indirectly in telecasting the program.

Shaikh Al Othaim gave indications that punitive action may be taken against those who appeared on television program together with Mazen and even the owner of the residential apartment to where the young man lured young women and girls for immoral traffic.
He said that the court virtually started legal proceedings against the young man following the complaints received from several citizens.
"The court will seek support of experts specialised in investigation of cyber crimes to know more about the bluetooth techniques, such as montage, used by the culprit in committing the crimes," he said. The judge did not rule out the possibility for taking legal action against LBC television.
