download a flash player application and when u click on the icon it will play direclty

You probably downloaded the shockwave plugin for IE, you need to get the software "Flash Player"...or just open the file inside IE or Firefox, you wont get the same dimensions if the real dimensions are bigger than the window size.

you need a program called swiff player,google it,it's free,it plays swf files,but it's not integrated with browsers.it's a separate application.
