i have a serious problem if anybody can help me it seems that i have a virus on my laptop evrytime i try to download something from the net my pc restarts and my antivirus can do nothing ,so plz advice

ok here is the problem , its surly a spyware so u need 2 download an antyspyware u can go to www,filehippo.com and download some spyware antivirus thats all

okey figure it out ! try to dowload the file on another computer
or try this : create a new user from :controlpanel/useraccounts and go to that user and try to download the files if u still cant try to install firefox instead of IE and use it firefox shouldnt cause any problemo capish?

i have encountered this prob
try u can download but u cant install dats y download hijackthis
and select every thing suspicious and clear it
and then go to misc tools process manager end process for lsass.exe, winlogon.exe and .... but that have location on documents and settings application data and then download antiviirus

hey guys i got a new computer but i didn`t like the windows so i formated it and put server pack two but there is a problem the vga and sound ma 3am yi3arafo i put the cd mainboard cd but it is encountring a problem in them can some one help

go to safemode with networking and then download a antispyware
