My answer is a mixture between yes & no ...
As Hipporcrates once said : Science is an organized knowledge ... so with training and trials after trials one would be able to use his common sense in a well organized manner making his reasoning and his logical processes more powerful ... and enhancing the perceptive and interpretative capabilities of the person ... This eventually will help to reach the truth (or conclusion) in many cases but not all the time ... since there are many phenomenas and issues (whether medical, religious, physical, etc ...) which are considered till now as vague or no clear or accurate proofs have been demonstrated for them despite the huge advancement in many fields ... So science definitely helps to reach the truth in many occasions but not all the time ... there are just things that we should accept them as they are given and most of these things for me are religious issues ... In conclusion it's a cocktail drink of knowledge, imagination, creativity, wisdome, opinions poured in the glass of science and drunk by a faithful man ... Science without religion is lame, religion without science is blind. Albert Einstein Thank You ...

My answer, is like abousoun answer ,yes & no at the same time.
For some poeple science is the only way for the truth , for others it's religion . All of these thinkings depends on the faith of every person. For me science & religion are complimentary , we can't look at the scientific side of a thing without looking for the religious side . Science shows the biggest part of the reality & the truth of everything but we're always in need for religion .For exemple if we put religion (& our faith) away ,who or what can assure that God created the world (this is something that science can't assure , it's religion & our faith ) So science shows the truth very clearly , but it has limits & it can't show everything cz sometimes we also need faith. |

science is the way for truth, but which truth, this is the big question, if we are talking>for example< about a crime, science is the only way, but if we are talking about some other truth, something religious, or spiritual, or other stuff that we dont care about, science is, or maybe, not valid there.
