Recovery for files deleted in a USB Memory Stick

hi guys i need your help.
my USB was infected by a virus & i need a program to restore over 150 MB of valuable data lost.
i know that such program exist cuz i used it last year perfectly & but i deleted the program from my pc & i forgot its name.

sp plz if someone know such a program can u help me by giving me the name or the link to download it.

(PS: i tried to search for *.* in my USB so maybe i can manually recover the files but ma zabatit).

anyway just have an idea about how this works, when you erease data from your computer/device, physically on your hardware, its not wiped, just labelled as "data to be written over" , so what this does is turn it back to "read-only data" so duno if it could work for USB memory sticks.. lemme check... eh i think it'll work.. gd luck ! keep us updated.
