When something unexpected happens,how do you react?

When something unexpected happens,different people reacted in a variety of ways,I wish I could reacted calmly to unexpected situations.However,unfortunately,I usually react with panic.What about you?How do you react?

well i try to keep my self quit and i try to look to the situation im in from different perspectives in an objective way and then try to solve the prob in a way that doesnt reflect to me badly, the most important thing in solving unexpected situations is to let things goes slowly and to not over react.

RAMI.. its nt me whom decides keef tkunmy reaction...wel its a reaction.. nd abt cryin.. dunno am blamed a lot 4 it w i try bein nt weak nymore.. but still cryin gives its guds... like id never have the strong feelin agnst smthng if tht thng ddnt make me cry once..

In unexpected situations I can't say what will be my reaction cuz it depends on every situation and her degree of negativity...
Anw if it was real bad then I'll be very angry but i always try to control my self... and if it wasn't that bad I'll react calmly by trying to solve the probs...
And as an old proverb says :"Control your anger and do not let it control you" that's how my reaction will be

There's more different issues to this.. .how could u react in case of incidents?.. u cannot be cool down n u cannot act slow but u gotta be fast n wise...
On the other hand, there's always a GOOD reason to be mad n upset from somethin...

it deppends on what happened... every situation will have a reaction ... But first of all what i do is the following : i start everythink by taking the time to think .. thinking about how will i react ...then i think about the positive and negative sides of my reaction ...this when i have the time 2 think... but when it comes to a situation where i should react as quick as i can .. the first thing i do is pick up the phone call a special friend and ask for help so my reaction wont be the wrong one ..

uf uf uf... Is that how fast you can go? Pick up a telephone and call a friend is your fastest solution ? Smalla saroukh What if the line is busy? Or you dialled a wrong number because you're so stressed and in a hurry?
