search for "cmd" then u can continue typing sndvol32.exe
what do u mean by, it records the voice but we can't hear it ? u want to hear while u're recording like in karaoke?i think u need a software for it right?

the laptop that u have has a built in microphone and u are plugging an external one, that's why you are not able to hear the voice. i suggest u install soundforge
