hi guys
my friend have a laptop & since 2 weeks this error occurs when he starts up his pc (everytime)
b ouloulo send error report or don't send w details...
how can we solve this?

yes, it is a kind of viruses, it happened with me (a similar one) and i solved it with my antivirus.
