is utorrent changing ports everytime, check if it is put on random ports

i have the same problem and i have IDM dsl,am sure its from the ISP..although torrents work for me and sometimes very fast like 110 kb/s !

is there anyway i can speed up my downloads more and why does it always put the yellow exclamation point ? in the bottom

If u use wireless internet set a port for the torrent and it should speed up
