share with me some ideas , i like to learn some tricks

to boot faster, i know to things:
either start run MSconfig.exe and stop uneeded services and startup items (if u are a n00b or a n33b bont mess)
or download bootvis and use it.

to make the download faster, i recommend the usage of a download manager, like internet download manager which is known to be the juggernaut in this field.

a lot of files are needed but they are in rapidshare server . how could we get them ?

Delete The Cookies From Your Brower ( Tools ~~> Internet Options ~~> Delete Cookies )

Open The Command Prompt ( Start ~~> Run ~~> Cmd )

Then Run The Following Simple Commands : ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /flushdns

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

close the cmd and restart rapidshare...! it may work!

no need for programs for rapidshare just unplug the cable from ur network card or if u have a router do a restart for the router and it will work * magic *

Just like the nice folks recommended, just start up msconfig and get rid of any start ups u dont need.
"making the download faster": use download accelerator, be sure that when ur downloading something ur not at the same time streaming a video and having a video conversation, unreal dude....
"the upload faster": speaking from my modest experience, i think that u dont have a say on the upload speed, this gets controlled by the provider so....

"making the PC unvincible in front of the viruses or warms": i have found that a combination of using firefox with, WITH A NOSCRIPT enhancement attached to it, whilst havin a zone alarm installation guarding ur putter will disable like 99% of any breaching attempts on ur putter. Adding a good anti-virus program is recommended, since the one found in zone alarm aint that good. But since i found out that no viruses were reaching me, i was satisfied and held back on installing an anti-virus.

first of all , the MSconfig is set only and only by an expert user or administrator .

the speed of the PC should be played with the RAM and Virtual memories and how the background service should work with the applications .

for best performance in the PC :
1) right click on "my computer"
2)properties
3)advanced
4)Performance : click on Settings
5)Visuel effects ( first tab) choose : adjust for best performance
6)Advanced ( middle tab ) : choose Programs for both Processor Scheduling and Memory Usage
7) Virutal memory => change => only choose the drive C for Virtual Memory
and make it custom size :
initial = 1.5 x (size of your RAM )
Maximum = 2 x ( size of your RAM )

never let the windows manage the size .

enter OK for all , the system needs to restart , and enjoy the new speed
