you need to eat
muscles don't build up from air you know
unless you eat enough proteins you can't build alot of muscles
and unless you eat sugar/fat stuff you won't gain any fat weight

i'm 190 CM tall and i weight around 90-92 KG, the idea here is when i used to go to the Gym (before i had a surgery done on my right shoulder) i used to have a shape, not a very good looking one, bas it was one where u can work on w get a result cz i already had the fat bas i wasn't FAT, like it or not w wether ppl say it's healthy or not (w it is shown in worldwide labs enno it is) take some suppliments like Proteins and Amino Acids, they help u to 1 - increase the energy u have whilst training and 2 - help u gain on some MUSCLE weight, also don't forget to do the basic "burning fat" exercises like me3deh w raked w khwaser w some more me3deh w eat ktiiiiiiiiiiiiir if u intend to get a little muscle fat on, eat - eat - eat - eat - and eat some more bas be careful what u eat, choose things that has proteins w mafion zeit w dhoun ktireh etc etc..and as for drinking water whilst training, ma bensa7ak try to drink as less as possible while training, bet se3dak t2atte3 3adalak and/or ted3af (3al nachef) w ofc u have to be patient and consistant, mech tfout 1 week eh w 1 week la2 w ba3ed 3 months t2oul yiiiiiiii ma 3am yenfa3 ra7 etrok! la2, u have to go el 4 days yalli 7ateton bi rasak w u have to accept that it's a pattern in ur life style now w not something u HAVE to do, cz the more u do it the more u benefit from it, maybe the problem that ppl have with it enno it's not something like Basketball aw Football, fi match w 7et bhal goals w bterba7, nope, it's something regular/routine in ur life that u have to accept, enno khalas it's something 2 do for the rest of ur life --> for ur own good

you should train 3 times a week
glycogen stores need 48 hours to return to normal, so if you train 2 days in a row, the second day your performance will be less than the day before
and growth factor that increase muscle size start being secreted for 36 hours after you stop the exercice
there really is no point to training everyday

advanced weight lifters train their muscle once a week, because when you train, your muscle is destroyed, and your immune system clears out the waste and rebuilds bigger muscles, for a heavy weight lifter that has an arm the size of TV screen, it takes his body a week to repair his arm after the weight exercice

proteins do not make you fat, sugar does, oil does, I eat alot and go to the gym, but to compensate to my eating I also walk 2 hours a day 3 times a week (besides the gym) walking is to regulate my weight the gym is to build muscles, these are my 2 independant system of training

PS: I didn't have time to walk today

I'm chi 189 190 cm and my weight wosil lal 112 kg this year,so what I did is a started running + exercising bl gym,I run everyday like 4-6 km I burn from running chi 300 calories,I lost around 6 kg in 2 weeks and halla2 bzin 105 kg...so the key Idea is to run till you sweat like heaven:P

ps: ma te2sa ktiir 3a 7elak,enno nawi3 bein raked w mache because myself sar ma3e 2iltiheb bi mafsal ijreh and now i can't run 3am bekhedla dawa so I only walk at speed of 7km/h...

I'd rather walk
I do 10 KM in 2 hours kel yom eh yom la2
walking keeps your heart rate low, so you burn more fat, and you can walk a longer distance than you would running
and google "calorie calculator" according to these calculators, my 2 hours walk, given that my weight(was) 98 KG, I lose 1000 calorie each walk

I went to the gym, I walked till my feet bled, I cut off chocoalt and chips, I was 98 KG in april(when I started) it's june now and I reached 93, 2 month later

slow weight loss is depressing, especialy if you are suffering in the diet, and you keep wondering"am I on the right track?" because you don't see anything quick. I suspect that my slow weight loss was because I was develloping more blood vessels in my feet and some muscles in my upper body which was compensating for some of the fat loss, I really feel that my feet are stronger now, I use to do 1 hour of walking each 2 days when I first started, now I can do 2 hours of fast walking each 2 days, without any pauses and I can climb the stairs home afterwards again without pauses

the heavier you are the quicker you lose weight, it's a matter of mechanical physics the more weight, the more energy is needed to move you from point A to point B
also, even when you are doing nothing, fat cells consume energy to maintain themselves( chi 10 calorie a day for each kilo, not much really) muscle weight consumed more calories at rest than fat cells do, so muscled people will get fat at slightly a slower rate

at the gym, don't forget to train your legs, I have seen students who have been to the gym for 2 years and more, they have a great ripped upper body with alot of muscles and everything, but they have skinny slimmy legs, it just looks so wrong, their arms are bigger than their legs
so also keep that in mind

Mr-J now ana majbour a3moul mitlak because my leg is 'injured' for god knows how much time, but when i used to run,I ran 12 km/h for about 15 min and then bi ekhir el tedrib berkoud zet el chi be7rou2 chi 300-400 calories...Ya3ne i burn almost 350 calories in 30 mins..i hope that when my leg returns to normal i will work on loosing weight faster.

oh and btw how many calories does a can of pepsi diet contain? and isn't it bad for the health?
