Valencia and Atletico Madrid ? The whole spanish league is shit except for barcelona and madrid..people love it because they score a lot of goals because there's a huge difference in quality among it's sides. Tottenham are good.

As for Roma winning the Milans, I have to tell u that teams are considered "strong" by being consistent, mech teje terba7 one game or two w tsir te7ke fiyon, Wolves won Chelsea, doesn't mean they're stronger, big teams have deep squads that can stretch on all competitions and most importantly - consistency [that brings silverware]. man, the Spanish "infrerior" sides like Sevilla - Atletico - Bilbao - Valencia - Villareal, they practically always win the Europa League w if not, then they're deffo in the Final, so they're not "shitty" teams bas not Giant ones like Real w Barca, the EPL has 4 or 5 Giant ones like United - Chelsea - City - Tottenham [arguable] - Arsenal - Liverpool [in a rough spot but definitely a giant Club] bas they prefer to focus on the domestic League rather than the Europa League even the Champions League in England isn't as important as securing the League 1st, so...
As for Roma, yeah I understand the importance of that club ma 3am ellak they're not a big club, bas enno they always get 3rd spots w 1/4 finals CL, w w w....Arsenal actually won alot of titles b4 2005, bas they're in a re-constructive phase now where their youngsters are growing to be the most talented in the World, w this year they actually have a shot at Silverware, every club has that, Roma seems to always be in that phase, they show talent w future bas they stay at that level, never able to evolve to a more serious/able contender.

man there is a difference in the competitions, italian teams don't focus much on European success, Milan is the only exception. Inter won it last year because they were really good. Italian sides focus on winning the scudetto, for them it's the throne of the world. If you want to talk globally then yeah they aren't that good. But if you want to talk locally, then Roma is one of the biggest clubs in italy, roma juve inter and milan are known in italy as the top 4.

Italian sides focus on two competitions.
Italian league, and champions league. The two others coppa italia and uefa cup/europa league are ignored. The difference in coppa italia is, all teams dont care bout it...so u end up with big teams reaching the final stages still.

The reason is simple. Football is business. Its more then presitge. The Italian teams generate money based on those two competitions, whereas the europa league or coppa italia generate peanuts. If you finish in top 10, or outside top 10 it affects your serie a tv rights.

Roma could progress to the Quarter Finals of the CL without playing. UEFA have sent a letter of notice to the Ukranian FA warning them that if the political influences in their game are not dealt with and removed by 4th February then the Ukraine National Team and it's clubs will be banned from European Competitions.

UEFA General Secretary Gianni Infantino confirmed: "In the case of disqualification, the opponents would progress directly to the next round. In the long run, if this situation is not resolved then Ukraine will be stripped of the right to hold Euro 2012."
