The British empire, it's responsible for deaths of 10's of millions(the US is catching up). In Africa and India they were responsible for millions of deaths, they would take almost all of the food and ship it to Britain, people would starve to death.

Aren't you disregarding the fact that Stalin was also a brutal dictator who had anyone who opposed him sent to a concentration camp to serve hard labor or be Killed??

I don't think i've heard of any other industrial superpower whose people were lining up to get toilet paper.

Maybe the rich people with the desk jobs were "civilized" but certain not the majority of the russians.
