Today Lebanon could've been almost get drowned by rain. Water level on the streets got to the wheels and up, roads overwhelmed by water, unseen holes everywhere that could **ck your car up, accidents and huge traffics in the morning for merely infrastructure reasons, I was at 7:20 am in Antelias to arrive to Dekwaneh at 9:00 am (two regions that are 10-15 minutes far away from each other).
So no thanks i don't like winter very much when our roads are not eligible for natural factors and could turn into swamps and rivers and damage people's properties.
