i agree with all what you said , tripoli is a nice city , but it's not the best at all .
just look at the negative sides too .

in Mina they say: ta3aylou = ta3ou, ta3ayli = ta3e (come) ; sajra = chajra

well, as every country, city, and place.Tripoli have some nice places to go to, but there is some bad nasty places where uncivilized person lives. But still the civilized areas exist and no one can say no.
BUT never forget bad areas, and uncivilized person.
