Torrent problem

I don't understand the concept of seeding how can i seed my torrent ?! can i seed them while downloading them so the download speed will be faster and if yes how ?

when the download of the torrent is complete, it automatically starts seeding - but don't modify the files downloaded or delete them.

u cant speed up ur download speed, others can.

they have to seed to speed up ur download, and when u seed u speed up theirs..and when u peer u speed down their download speed and vice versa..search for torrents with high number of seeds and low number of peers to get the max speed.

the prob is that few seed after they finish there download (and i am not one of them )

go here,its a freeleech torrent site and high number of seeds on new torrents..but i dont guarantee u to find an account there.

i was downloading a file I accidentally pushed the delete button is it GONE no way i can get it back i have been downloading for 2 days plzzzz help ( I use Utorrent)
