Lemme get it right, so if i subscribed to Lebanon on skype i can call 10.000 minute a month any mobile or land line phone in Lebanon?

I make a very good calls with www.voipzoom.com it's cheaper than all the sites mentioned here but not cheaper than JUMBLO...and about the quality, 99% of my calls to Lebanon or KSA or in europe are perfect...better than calling from a mobile or landlines...(rates are in euro : http://www.voipzoom.com/en/calling-rates.html#letl )

guys , anyone tried jackphone in lebanon ? ( or phonejack ) its a chip ( usb ) u put it in the pc and it has a phone number and make free calls to US and Canada ( and their homelands). the next year its 20$ per year. give me your feedback if you have tried it please.
