For those who would like to get the time it takes for their operating system to restart, use this application: here.
It's a small application I just made that saves the time and tell you when it was last run. The download page will expire in 7 days, so... Anyways, Run it ~> Restart ~> Run it. And it will tell you how much time passed in seconds since you last ran the program. Maybe this could be accurate. Post your results.

dude still, the thing that matters the most in a computer boot is the hard disk, we both have a 5.9 HD score. the real difference shows in games and intense applications.
