Alfa recently added to their services the " Ehkineh " service to their Active lines.

About the service

Out of credit or you have less than $0.09 in your balance, and your line is still in the active period? Now you can use "Ehkineh" a free service from Alfa, to send up to 40 Free predefined "Ehkineh" SMS per month asking an Alfa user, whether Prepaid or Postpaid, to call you back for urgent matters.

How to use the service

In a text message, compose the letter "E", followed by the 8 digits Alfa number of the person you wish to send the SMS to, & send the SMS to 1339 for free.

Alfa in return, sends "Ehkineh from Alfa: Please Call me Back" request through SMS on your behalf to the person you are trying to reach.

Note: Once the SMS is sent, you will receive a confirmation message & the remaining number of free SMS you can benefit from.

Description & Benefits

Show your beloved ones how much you care with Post to Pre Recharge. This service allows you to transfer not only credits but validity too from your postpaid touch line to any period prepaid magic customer in a safe, fast and easy way.

Activation

Simply send an SMS from your touch line to 1166 containing the 8-digits mobile number you wish to recharge, followed by “R” and the denomination you wish to recharge for:

“10” for the 10 days voucher.
“20” for the 20 days voucher.
“30” for the 30 days voucher.
Example:
03XXXXXXR10 or 70XXXXXXR10 or 71XXXXXXR10
03XXXXXXR20 or 70XXXXXXR20 or 71XXXXXXR20
03XXXXXXR30 or 70XXXXXXR30 or 71XXXXXXR30

Need to Know

• The SMS sent to 1166 is free of charge
• The recharge voucher amount (denomination + VAT) will be directly billed to your invoice whereas the prepaid line will be recharged with the chosen amount and its validity.
• If the message sent to 1166 is invalid/incorrect, you will not be charged and will be notified that your message is incorrect. Only successful transactions will be billed and both parties will receive a confirmation SMS.
• During your billing life cycle (1 month), you can:
  - Either recharge up to 2 times using the 10-days value
  - Or recharge 1 time using the 20-days value
  - Or recharge 1 time using the 30-days value
• This service is not available while you are roaming.
