1- Nope. Why would I do that. Why would I place that code especially on that website and on that specific place.
2- Maybe, but what's the point? I didn't even know about it until I saw it today as one of Bing.com results.
3- I don't think that he's noob. And if he was, it's impossible for him to be that much stupid! In the worst cases, he should have noticed what he did!
