I'm the type of people who think a lot. So I go to bed after a long day, and:
- On the average day, I think about what I did and what happened in consequence. - On a bad day, I think about what happened, and how it could have been better. So I could learn not to have similar bad ones again. - On a good day, I just lay down and be happy. And hope I could dream of it all over again.

does anyone reach a point of excessive thinking all the time? to the point where you cant focus on anything and u lose ur interaction with the real world ? that happens to me , i need to focus real hard to get back to the real world
