i'm not saying BB is a bad phone. but i'd like to correct one thing, the BB messenger is like other messenger and it uses the regular internet (otherwise what?), it's just that it can't be intercepted..
and i think it's gonna take a long while for a phone to impress me more than the Androids.

Yes it does use regular internet... but everything that goes is encrypted and tunneled to BES and from BES to your device.
You can't compare the BB to Android... completely 2 different devices made for different usages.
