Fact, that DSG was not the leader of the Lebanese Forces when Tony Franjieh was killed.

We still don't have evidences!?
I invite you to read the archive of Samir Geagea trials.
Samir Geagea ma7koum kada2iyan... and the amnesty law of 2005 doesn't mean that he was declared innocent.

Samir Geagea remains a criminal, if he was excused by a stupid amnesty law in 2005 it doesn't mean that he is innocent and we forgot what he did.
The amnesty law doesn't clear the criminal record of Geagea.

And for your own information, the judges who declared Geagea as a guilty in that time are the same judges who are working right now with the international tribunal in Hariri's case...
So either the judges were working for the Syrian regime at that time(which i doubt since they were accusing Syria in Hariri's case some months ago) or either Geagea is a criminal in reality and his trials were completely fair.

WTF is DSG!? is it a new brand of 7ashisheh ??

Actually we don't care who was the leader of the LF Militia, whoever was the leader, Samir Geagea was there and he did commit the crime with his own hands, and whoever was the leader at that time it doesn't deny the fact that the LF were and still a bunch of criminals and thugs who used to kill innocent people.

it's true that he wasn't the leader of the LF at that time...
Once I watched an interview with Antione Zahra on NTV, he explained how SG was sent with other guys to kidnap TF, but they ended up with killing the whole family..
