There's no wound as deep as lovers betrayal... Sometimes u ask urself "y do my eyes betray my words?"... The greater the trust that u had put in "ur future love life", the greater the impact of betrayal has on u... then the greater the distress u will feel...

A Best Friend's betrayal: sometimes best friendz betrays without thinkin' of its disadvantages... Once he sees that he lost his real life friend for some damn girl/boy... he feels like a shootin' star disappears from sight n It makes him crumble 2 da ground... Betrayal of a friend can come not also from taking ur future love life but can comes from many other reasons, eg.: He would apply 4 a job u were just fired from... It's not technically wrong but it's tacky as hell... Or sign a contract with a house owner that he just kicked u out from it...

A Love Life's betrayal: Well it hurts more then a best friend's betrayal.. y?.. well as Sarah32 said, she/he will be ur everything, ur whole world... so when u know that she betrayed u.. u have this strange feeling that u didn't know that it was possible 2 feel this much pain from one girl... I guess everythin' changes... WHEN U LOSE UR WORLD... That's the whole point... ur own love life, the one whom u thought u wanna get married too.. betrays u... it's so outchy ...

as for ur love life betraying u with ur very own best friend... I guess all what u gotta do is BLAMING URSELF... u introduced her to him... n u introduced him to her... so basically long story short... Ur future love life is just YOU... so no need to share it with others... or else u'll regret it...

betrayal by a friend specially by a close one i think friendship can be longer then love enno u can meet ur best friend at school and you will be friends for life as for ur lover u maybe met tones of them, in my opinion friends are very hard to make its time , as for lovers its more easy and love almost all time contains betrayal its not always by ur lover it can be also by urself to ur self

Betrayal is betrayal and the two of them r difficult...

Being betrayed by your friend is real hard enno someone u trusted in from a long time... someone u considered a real friend and than he betrays u and u discover he's not a real friend cuz real friends will never betrayed u... So it's real hard to accept...

being betrayed by a lover is more difficult and harder cuz love includes friendship... and knowing that the one u were thinking abt continuig ur life with betrayed u is real hard u'll be real hurt and shocked...

Unfortunately people don’t always cherish trust the way that they should
In my opinion, i think to be betrayed by my lover is more difficult, bcz the trust that i gave him was easily taken for granted.
The person you thought i could trust and count on is no longer the person i believed himto be
in a relationship, we all give our everything so it wont be easy and simple to get shocked cause of the ones who we thought they really deserved this "everything" including our trust!

It is bad enough when a stranger betrays you, but when it is someone you believed to be a close and trusted friend, it is especially hurtful. And it is worse when it comes from a lover It might make u feel like you were taken advantage of, deceived, humiliated, despised, cheated, or stabbed in the back n u are nothing just a big fat moron looser .And this feelin alone is so painful.
To me, the worst betrayal u have ever known is is betraying ur ownself. It not conscious. Its not intentional. But it just devastating.
-To put urself in harms way. Many times.
-To trusted people known for being untrustworthy.
-To dream for the "perfect future" clouded ur present-time judgement.
-To ignored ur intuition.
-To set ur knowledge aside in favor of folly.
-To substituted someone else's judgement for ur own.
-To viewed the world through "rose-colored" glasses.
-To operated in the world as "I would like things to be" and not "as they are."
-To extended urself far beyond ur limits, emotionally, financially, spiritually.
-To took things personally.
-To believed in the destination more than the process.
-To blamed the other person before taking ur own inventory.
SO…
If you are about to betray someone, don't . . .
If you suspect you are being betrayed, do something about it . . .
If you know someone else is being betrayed, speak up . . .
Nothing is worse than the betrayal to yourself.

I don't think it is possible to be betrayed by a stranger

it is hard for me to know what exactly is betrayal, sometimes people behave differently than you expected and we call that betrayal. but perhaps it is not their fault, they behaved the way they normally do and it is us that were expecting more from them... that's like raising a baby lion in your house and then it grows up and eats you... it didn't betray you, it is a lion, you expected something that was not possible out of it
