Hey guyz,
I go to the gym 3 times a week.. I have some fat that i want to turn into muscles !! so the coach there told me to try a new kind of DIET in which i shld eat 6 meals a day (Small Portions!!) and try to avoid all kind of Chips - Bzourat - Ketchup - Mayo .... etc !! Does that kind of diet works ?! Thanks for your help and time |

Good diet, however you should go more 4-5 times per week...

- 5-6 meduim portion meals
- the meal before the workout should be before 2 hours and have to be carbo not protein - do cardio exercises during the weekend (running, dancing,....) - 4 days of exercise r pretty enough ( 5 days for more advanced level) - the last meal should be before 2 hours from sleeping , and exactly before u sleep drink alot of water (to aoivd hunger w ma tfee2 nos el leil jou3an - also drink during exercise - akeed no chips w no fried meals - u can have a small chocolate bar per day, or replace it by a protein choco bar (cost u 4$/bar :P ) - and dedicate ur mind to the sport u r doin while exercising, for get the outside world ![]() |

burning fat and building muscles are 2 seperate things, and should be treated as such(I'm going to the gym too
)going to the gym builds you muscles (if you are weight training with 10 repition for 3 set mich training endurance ) cutting chips and chocolat and doing aerobic exercice on your gym "break" days burns you fat some guys I know at the gym have alot of muscles, they lift 50-100 KG weights, (I can do only 15 so far ) still if you look at them, they are fat, their arm is bulky muscles are not toned and do not show, it's somewhere under all that fleshtraining at the gym will not necessarly help you lose alot of weight if you don't fix your diet you must avoid fat contents at all cost ![]() and don't get hasty and quit later, it takes around a year to 2 years before you get the shape that you want for yourself(assuming that, like me, you want to become the next hercules), until then of course you will see some differences in you, but it will take alot before muscles become clearly visible you also must get 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night, because muscles grow when you sleep and not when you are awake or training "Eat like a horse. Sleep like a baby. Grow like a weed"

what if i want to get fat and muscles
? if im slim and i go the gym will my weight increase and i'll build up some muscles or only muscles?
